dessert - cheese cake




I love cheese cakes esply the baked ones. This is because I get to eat them as soon as they are bake, but off course you have to wait for a while to let the cake cool and set. My son on the other hand likes the unbaked. The incidence of failures are less in the unbaked version. The secret to a good cheese cake is the quality of cheese that was used.
